Starting back in 1996, Rhonda Blanford-Green has done amazing work for CHSAA. Blanford-Green started as an assistant commissioner and associate commissioner until 2012. Blanford-Green would become the first female and first black commissioner for CHSAA. In her five years as commissioner, Blanford-Green has seen growth in the face of unprecedented times.
