The All-Around Award is a unique honor given to an athlete who demonstrates success in multiple sports and Remington Ross is a perfect example. Not only is she first team all-state in two sports, she competed for two different high schools. Since her home school, Highland High in Ault, doesn’t have a softball team, she travels to Eaton to play softball. During track season, she runs for Highland.

In 2019, Remington was named Class 3A First Team All-State and led Eaton to a runner-up finish at the state championship softball tournament.

In track, she stormed the 2A state meet, setting a classification state record in the 100 meters, while winning championships in the 100, 200, and the long jump.

As a result of her many accomplishments, Remington Ross was named the Greeley Tribune’s Best Preps Female Athlete of the Year for the second time. She’s committed to play Division I softball at California State University, Fullerton.
