- D2CCA South Central Region Pitcher of the Year
- 2x RMAC Pitcher of the Year
- Set a school record with a 1.30 ERA
For softball lifer Paige Adair, taking a leap into the coaching world as an assistant at Fort Lewis starting this 2023 season was a natural fit after a decorated 4 year career as one of the best pitchers in the RMAC at Colorado Mesa University. Adair graduated Mesa with a Bachelor of Science in sports management off the field and on the field she was schooling hitters.
In 2022, Adair set a school record a 1.30 ERA at her final collegiate season while piling up a 17-3 record including two no-hitters. She held opponents to an RMAC low .143 batting average, 67 points lower than any other pitcher in the conference! Adair’s senior season was the cherry on top of a fantastic career where she was part of teams that consistently won the RMAC (6 straight years in 2022), including two consecutive trips to NCAA South Central Regional Tournament . She amassed a 145-31 overall record.
Her dominating efforts in her Senior campaign earned Adair the 2022 D2CCA South Central Region Pitcher of the Year, the first player in program history to receive the honor! Also, the pitcher took home the 2021-22 RMAC Pitcher of the Year for the second consecutive season and First Team All-RMAC honors in back to back seasons… and, now she receives our Sportswomen award for collegiate softball!!
