Madison is a star on the rise! The Pine Creek junior is a defending state swim champion in multiple events. She is the #1 ranked recruit in Colorado and 5th in the nation in the Class of 2025. Madison has won so many state titles, her accomplishments read longer than a CVS receipt. As a sophomore, she set the 4A state records in the 200 and 500 freestyle. In February, she shattered her own record in the 200 freestyle, knocking 2.6 seconds off the class record in two seasons. Before she graduates, she has a chance to break the all-classes state record set by 5-time Olympic gold medalist Missy Franklin. Madison also broke her record set in the 500 freestyle this year. A member of the U.S. Junior National Team, Madison is the definition of an elite athlete. The phrase “the future is bright” feels like a huge understatement when talking about this year’s high school swimmer of the year, Madison Mintenko!
