Captain of the Lewis-Palmer High School swim and dive team, Dahlia Allen has compiled an impressive list of accomplishments. In her 2021 campaign, Allen achieved the 5A State champion title for diving. Allen’s performance at State was later judged and nationally placed in the top-100 performances. The placement gave Allen a title of All-American. Allen also holds the Lewis-Palmer record for a 6-dive meet and her team’s most valuable player.
