Golfer Aubri Braecklein is just 17 years old but she plays against, and beats, the best. In 2020, Aubri won the Colorado Golf Association (CGA) Women’s Stroke Play Championship. Not the junior championship. THE championship, the youngest player in recent history to take the title.

Of course, she scored big in junior golf, too. Aubri won the Junior Golf Alliance of Colorado (JGAC) Junior Championship scoring 73, 67-140.  She was honored with the JGCA Player of the Year Award and won the JGAC Western Junior Championship scoring 73, 79-152.

As if this isn’t impressive enough, Aubri never finished outside of the top 10 in any tournament in 2020. Currently, Aubri is ranked in the top 275 female junior golfers nationally.

Adding to her list of accomplishments, Aubri Braeklein won the JGAC 2021 Grace Burke Award. This is a special award for character and excellence and Aubri definitely lives up to it. In her spare time she volunteers and works as a coach to teach young players how to golf. Off the course, she volunteered to make PPE masks for frontline workers.
